  The reason all of the pizzas are not done is because they pull them out of the oven when they are just half way through. Even when you ask for well done they ignore it. Choose a different dominos.

  My parents tried to pick up their order from the shop (due to snowstorm there wasn’t delivery) and they couldn’t get the car to move. My mom called, only to be faced with a person telling her (BASICALLY) she should’ve thought about that problem earlier, telling her she couldn’t cancel the order, and then hanging up before she could even protest or reply. He couldn’t even act nice. Horrible service. My dad then ended up having to walk all the way through the snow just to pick up the food, even though we have walked the whole day through the snow just to shop for simple groceries. He was exhausted. Food was okay, but the service just made it taste bitter. Where’s the love? Some of our order was burnt, which hasn’t happened before. Maybe they did this to spite us or they just aren’t suitable to heat up food that is probably premade, I don’t know. We have delivered here before. And those deliveries were okay, but a couple times the boneless chicken had black spots that almost made me vomit.

  Very disappointing experience, once again. I ordered pizzas with garlic Parmesan sauce, but they were delivered with Alfredo sauce, and the pizza was also undercooked. What’s most frustrating is that I called when placing the order to make sure the instructions were followed, because in previous orders they have added onions and tomato sauce even though I clearly specified NO tomato and NO onions. Despite this, they continue to get the orders wrong. I have never received a satisfactory solution—no proper replacement or refund. In the end, I always end up losing my money and my time. Very poor service and lack of attention to customer instructions.
