    ★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely ruined my order – Chipotle has lost their minds with this “new” chicken. I’ve been eating Chipotle for a decade, and their adobo-marinated pollo asado chicken used to be perfect: smoky, lightly spicy, with that signature citrus-chili flavor. Now? It tastes like they’re just dusting the same chicken with whatever leftover carne asada seasoning they have in the back. Straight-up beef rub on chicken. What the hell? The chicken now has this overwhelming cumin-garlic-black-pepper punch that completely overpowers everything. No more brightness, no more heat from the chipotle peppers in adobo, just aggressive steak seasoning that makes every bite taste like budget tacos al pastor made by someone who’s never had tacos al pastor. The rice, the beans, the salsas—everything clashes now. My bowl tasted like a bad fusion experiment gone wrong. Fix your chicken, Chipotle. This is embarrassing.

    They need to bring in some people that can scoop for goodness sake. This is ridiculous. These young girls that they’ve hired recently give these little scoops and you have to ask them to do it again multiple times to get a normal portion of food. Then to ask people questions in English, return to speaking Spanish, and laugh is unacceptable behavior from someone in the customer service industry. Bring back professionalism too.
