The customer service was extremely poor from start to finish. I experienced dismissive and unhelpful behavior from staff, which prompted me to ask to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, the manager was equally unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving the issue or even acknowledging the concern in a professional way. I then attempted to call the store for follow-up, only to be routed through an automated system that led nowhere and provided no option to speak with a real person. When I asked the manager for her name, I was told that employees are “not allowed” to give out their names, which further added to the lack of accountability and transparency. This experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and unacceptable for a brand of this size. I expect basic customer service, accountability, and problem resolution, none of which were provided during this visit.

It was the middle of lunch rush so not sure why everything served seemed cold and old. Gross- wouldn’t eat here for fear of food poisoning, waste of $11.
