  The food amazing the bone wings that are very very hot very good absolutely amazing service but the food was ny main focus the food absolutely amazing food love it love the place love the food

  I had a great experience at this location for lunch. First off the service was fantastic! The bartender, Tony was very helpful, explaining the menu, and specials as well as the rewards club. I ordered boneless wings and my order came out in a timely manner, and the wings were very fresh. Tony was extremely friendly and seemed to know everybody! I’ve been there several other Buffalo wild wings locations, and this was definitely one of the best all around. Thank you.

  My husband Pre-Ordered in advance for the Super Bowl Sunday. Pickup was scheduled for 5:40pm and as always everytime I come to this location I’m waiting over an hour for that was placed days ago. The workers at the front are extremely rude and not communicative it. I just spoke to Stevens who rudely said that they are backed up at the kitchen which is the wrong answer because the order was placed for a specific time so just like they expect customers to pay for their food there need to be some accountability for their horrible management & customer service. He also refused to tell me how long I’m going to be waiting for my food. I’m currently in the front with about 50 people who are also waiting on their food and it seems like there was no thought or planning in regards to ensuring that this day which they’ve known in advance was well planned and executed. This location is poor run & the workers need to be retrained on how to speak to paying customers. This is definitely my last time coming here. As someone who’s been coming here for months please avoid this location at all cost. The people that work here and entitled and act like you owe them. Also we just got yelled at “SWING THIS WAY”!!! holding a MEGA PHONE 🙄 Who proceeds to say that if he didn’t mention out name we had to wait outside in a 20 degree weather (Lightskin man with long locs) Also he’s telling people to wait outside very AGGRESSIVELY!!! To add: they are making orders for individuals who literally just placed their orders an hour ago.

  Deplorable, disrespectful, & absolutely unacceptable! Easily the worst Buffalo Wild Wings location in the Continental United States! My wife & I are BWW fanatics, but this location is the reason we are faithfullu switching to Wingstop. Please do not patronize this location if you value your time, because they are always late (ALWAYS). My wife & I pre-ordered our order for 5:30 (So we could pickup our food an hour before the Super Bowl). We missed the start of the game, waited an hour and a half for our food, and watched as the store was catering to the customers who were eating inside. We placed & paid for our order a whole week in advance. This is unacceptable from every possible perspective. BWW needs to shut down this location and fire every employee immediately. Horrible joke of a restaurant, and they cause more harm than good to the BWW brand.

  Ordered wings online for Super Bowl and they delivered them with sauce on the side which was not requested. I called the store spoke to the manager Seth ( should not be a manger has no customer relation skills.) I informed him that was not what I asked for and that only a couple sauces were given for 50 wings. All he said he could do was give me more sauces and that it says that’s how they will be doing it today. Nothing on their website says that and if it did I would have ordered somewhere else. Paying $75 for wings and being told oh well not his problem. You could give a $20 gift card or something. It is unprofessional and not considerate. Based on the reviews they already have they will be out of business soon. Get better staff who cares about people who spend money with you and don’t say oh well.
