    service was absolutely horrible as well as the cleanliness of this place. gave me a stained fork as well as water with previous liquids such as coke still inside the water. honestly the worst buffalo wild wing spot ive been to.

    DO NOT GO TO THIS BWW!!! Didn't even eat my table was dirty when I got there and my server was offended that I cleaned my own table.

    I feel horrible for the employees. They need help it’s a Friday night and I think I counted 3-4 employees counting the bartender and they have like 15 tables . it’s a shame

    I ordered boneless wings from one of your Alexandria, VA locations on Sunday, October 19th through a third-party delivery service, and I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. The last time I ordered — on September 19th — my food arrived cold. I decided to give it another try, but this most recent order was even worse. Every hot item I received was cool to the touch, the strawberry lemonade tasted like plain water, and one of the chicken pieces even had feathers still attached. I was shocked that something like this could make it past quality control. I was so disgusted that I ended up getting sick after eating just two pieces. After this experience, I will never order from or eat at this location again. This level of carelessness and lack of quality is completely unacceptable, and I truly hope it’s addressed so other customers don’t have to experience the same.

    The bartender was the worst bartender I've ever had. If you choose to go there and your bartender is a lady named Storm, leave immediately. I've been in the food service industry for 15 years, and I have never seen a worse bartender. The food was fine, as expected, the games I wanted to see were on, as expected, but when I have to actively flag down the bartender to get me another beer when my glass has been empty for 15 minutes, thats unacceptable.
