  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Chanel took such good care of me at Bonefish! From the moment I sat down, she was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience feel special. She checked on me at the perfect times, gave great recommendations, and had such a positive energy that honestly made my night. You can tell she really cares about her guests and loves what she does. If you go to Bonefish, definitely ask for Chanel — she’s AMAZING!

  Sadly, the Pentagon City venue closed down, so this is now the nearest Bonefish. I went with my brother and a friend, and we got exceptional service from Nick, who really rolled with the endless jokes, despite its being a busy Friday night. The food was very lovely, and we enjoyed our time. Nick was an exceptionally friendly and efficient server! Thank you!

  The food was very good as always. However, based upon a direct email received from BONEFISH GRILL, see attached photo, I was to receive a $10 credit for a $30 purchase. The only qualifier was listed as you can see – “DINE-IN ONLY. $30 MINIMUM SPEND.NOT TO BE COMBINED WITH ANY OTHER OFFER.” we spent around $40 and therefore in my opinion, we met the requirement. There were two problems: 1. The server was obviously inexperienced, extremely slow and seem to forget that we were there. I contribute this mostly to the fact that he had too many tables to deal with combined with his in experience that I could generally can live with. 2. When I brought the issue that Bonefish would not honor the $10 credit the manager, Amanda dealt with the issue poorly and misinterpreted what I was talking about! Amanda was the name she provided (would not provide her last name) thought I was asking for a credit for the whole bill, which was not the case. Apparently, there was another qualifier which was way down at the bottom of the email and in a font that no one could read with any kind of ability! Even the Manager Amanda could not locate it without going to the very bottom of the email and expanding the font size so it could be read. Bottom line, the night was really a frustrating night and I must admit I lost my temper when dealing with the many issues. I have been a long time customer of this particular BONEFISH GRILL and I’m not sure I can go again, and I still paid full price without Bonefish honoring the $10 credit where the manager said that I did not ask her in a nice way! In my opinion, this is false advertising. I intend reporting this to Virginia authorities for false advertising.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been coming to Bonefish for over 10 years, and I’ve worked in the service industry for over 15 and tonight was by far the BEST experience I’ve had — all thanks to our server, Tyler. She was incredibly attentive, informative, and so personable. Her conversations were genuine and warm, and she truly made us feel like guests in her own home. Tyler elevated our entire evening, introduced us to martini Mondays and truly I can’t say enough great things about her. Bonefish is lucky to have her! Will definitely be asking for her every time we come back. SEE YOU NEXT MONDAY TYLER!

  Absolutely Amazing Service from Jose I had such a great experience at Bonefish Grill, and it was all thanks to our incredible bartender Jose. From the moment we sat down, he greeted us with the warmest smile and made us feel so welcome. Jose was super attentive without being overbearing, and he had great recommendations He knowledge of the menu was spot on! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, checking in on us at the right times and handling special requests with no problem at all. It’s rare to find someone who’s not only professional but also genuinely kind and enthusiastic about what they do. Jose truly made our dinner feel special. If you go to Bonefish Grill, definitely ask for him you won’t be disappointed!
