She got the smallest scoop of ice cream I’ve ever seen which was great for my purposes. When I got to the register though, they charged a full single scoop price. When I inquired they said they have “discontinued their kid’s scoop”. If it really was a single scoop, it wasn’t worth what we paid and it’s false advertising to not tell people when they order that the menu is wrong. Typical big store mentality… we’ll be getting our ice cream from our local store from here on….

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
