They consistently do not have all the ingredients needed for certain shakes. The customer service here is lame and not welcoming. It’s no wonder why they have such a low rating on google reviews. Hopefully DK & BR can work on this location and improve the overall experience. From store cleanliness, proper inventory of popular shakes and ice cream. Above all, their customer service needs a lot of help. This could be a great and booming location, but unfortunately the staff doesn’t see what this store can be.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
