- JRJ RNov 11, 20251.0I just had the most disrespectful experience from a cashier named Elizabeth at this store ON VETERANS DAY! She asked while ringing me up if I was military. I said yes, she repeated yes? I said yes. She then asked for my ID which is fine, I show it and she asks, “how do I know it’s military?” Well….It says Army and 100% disabled veteran. She says, oh you’re not doing well? At this point I’m livid because what you’re not going to do is question veterans families on Veteran’s day. When I tell her my husband is a retired captain. She says oh, so you’re not military. Long story short we get the manager and my blood pressure goes up and now I won’t shop here ever again. Bravo genius.

The staff was super helpful as I had several questions that were answered by a few different people. The only thing that I noticed that needed a bit of improvement was that I Instacart and I had to refund eight items of a very large order because they were completely out of stock. As I don't know this store, I don't know if that's something common or what the issue was, but that was a lot to me. Other than that, no complaints on a beautiful store. Well run, great product, great atmosphere, great people!
