  I highly recommend this branch because it employs professional Muslim staff members who are quick to fulfill orders and who welcome customers with warm, smiling faces. I typically order only donuts and coffee; I had long wanted to try their breakfast menu, but—as a Muslim woman—my faith prohibits me from consuming pork, and I also happen to have an allergy to it. However, when I saw that a Muslim staff member was on duty, I was overjoyed and finally placed the breakfast order I had been longing for. On my next visit, I will definitely explore the breakfast menu at this specific location again. I encourage everyone—especially those who have dietary restrictions for religious or health reasons—to visit this place. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive to customers’ needs.Thank you to the Muslim staff for this wonderful experience—the breakfast was absolutely delicious!

  The one female employee was incredibly condescending and stopped the original employee from remaking my drink because it was inedible. They had exactly zero customers at the time and we had to trash the original drink because it was disgusting. If we're spending $5+ on a drink it should, at the very least, be edible.

  The manager Sabrina was very rude , 3 people came into the store and ordered medium coffees with different Condiments, every time one is ready they medium coffee! But not specifying with what I ask her what’s in it ? She just looked @ me & walked away, I asked her her name she said Sabrina . I asked Sabrina what? She said just Sabrina. I will not return to this franchise

  I came to this location on December 11th 2021 and anticipated the store being open because that’s what it said online plus I’ve been here earlier than 6am before. Store opens at 5am. I drive to the store and attempt to go inside. The door was locked. I could see the employee inside so I called the store and asked what time they were supposed to open. The employee told me 5am and then quickly said I mean 6am. It was 5:42am. I was pretty upset about this because I had a very long drive that morning and could’ve made coffee myself had I known they were going to open an hour later than it stated online.
