  Ordered an iced coffee on the kiosk and scanned for my points in the app. My name appeared on the screen under “in progress” along with other names. After watching people who ordered after me get their ordered and seeing my name go to “completed” then clear out, I asked the workers about my order. I told her my name (same name on the screen) and she said she didn’t have an order for me. I showed her the app and she then went through papers and found the receipt. I told her I no longer wanted the order after waiting over 15 mins and she walked away from speaking with me. Then the male worker came up to me, apologetic, but said “I can’t return mobile orders”. I asked for my receipt to prove that the order was made in store at the kiosk. He then said “I have no way of processing a refund; management didn’t give me authority for refunds”. I then asked for my $6.15 to be placed on a gift card. He denied me that resolution too. I stepped out to call the police who stated it was a civil matter and I’d have to sue them if I needed to. I called corporate and they filed a claim for my refund with the store owner as they could not issue direct refunds. There are no signs posted in the store, outside the store, or on this pink receipt that says “no refunds allowed” or “all sales final”. This store is committing consumer fraud and should be thoroughly investigated for their practices. I left with no drink and a $6.15 charge on my credit card. I will be filing a BBB complaint against their illegal practices.

  Worst location ever . Yesterday I ordered 6$ deal meal , I asked for decaf . She gives me regular coffee. I Request to fixed it , she just changed the cup and print the decaf label . I been customer with Dunkin’ Donuts over 20 years .

  Never returning to this location. You have 5 customers waiting for their orders for a while and two other employees chatting and one employee starring into space leaving only one person to make drinks and food. Never again.

  if i could give this place 0 stars i would it’s a TERRIBLE environment with awful management the store is disgusting and the manager treats her staff like minions and it’s disgusting i will never return to this store

  Ordered multiple items for a meeting and they did a great job. The order was ready on time and they provided everything.
