The employee spoke no English, which made it nearly impossible to communicate or understand what was happening. She didn’t understand what I was saying. I was given a substitute that didn’t even match the value of what I paid, and I had to go back after walking back to my apartment to fix the price difference myself. The whole situation was disorganized and poorly handled. If someone is working in customer service, they need to be able to communicate clearly with customers.
