  I stop here a few times a week for coffee. Staff is always nice and there are rarely any lines. My coffee or whatever I order is always good.

  I order a cake for MY BABY SHOWER and I told them to put a name on the top and they give me a blank cake with nothing on the top because they “forgot”. I don’t recommend this place for ordering cakes.

  Doubts must be saved from the night before because at 10am the Boston crème was not soft. They must have a different recipe for shakes because I ask for chocolate and they gave me chocolate chip….$25 wasted

  I LOVE Dunkin! I like that I can get a Bacon, Egg and Cheese on an English muffin any time Dunkin is open. And the Frozen Mocha Coffee is my guilty pleasure! I soooo wish that there was a Dunkin in Greenwood SC instead of 3 Gotyerbucks(Starbucks).

  I frequent the Dunkin’ location on Jefferson Davis Hwy almost every weekday morning, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. The hash browns are almost always overcooked to the point where they’re hard and inedible. I’ve given it multiple chances, but it keeps happening, which ends up being a waste of money. Most recently, my entire order was incorrect. I typically reorder the same breakfast every day (hot coffee and a croissant sandwich), but this time I received an iced coffee and a bagel instead. When I politely asked if it could be corrected, the staff member (Malita) was rude, initially refused, then took my food without explanation and ignored me when I asked what was going on. I had to ask multiple times before getting a response. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and poor customer service made the situation worse. I would have been fine with a simple “no” or a clear explanation. I come here often and treat staff with respect, so it’s frustrating to repeatedly receive poor quality food and unprofessional service. I hope management addresses both the food quality and customer service at this location. I will not be returning.
