  I placed my order before I got to the place. Once I arrived I waited in line. I was in line and waited for a bit even after called and made eye contact with an employee. I waited patiently along with my cousin. After talking with the employee we had to wait; the food wasn’t ready yet. Other foods were being called out. I had to go up to the counter and ask for our food. After everything both employees that I encountered hadn’t said “My pleasure” ALSO, in the app it said 5x Chick-fil-A sauce Ketchup 2x Polynesian Sauce 2x Garden herb ranch 2x Sweet & Spicy Siracha I ended up getting 3x Garden Herb Ranch Sauces 1 Chick-fil-A Sauce 2x Ketchup

  The worker working in the drive through is just standing there while 4 cars wait for their orders to be taken. Not even pretending to do anything, just staring off into space.

  I wanted to share my recent experience at your Kingstown location. Unfortunately, I have encountered consistently poor service during my visits. The food has sometimes been served cold, and the macaroni and cheese appears to lack freshness, particularly in the kids' meals. Additionally, I noticed that the manager's interactions with customers were not up to the standard I expect from Chick-fil-A. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope to see improvements in the future. In the meantime, I would love to appreciate the people who is actually working on the dining, cleaning the table those people working hard

  Got a kid meal ckn nugget /w Mac and sweet tea. Don't no if cause it was a kid meal but the Mac cheese pasta was so over cooked or it was from day before and reheated it was so mushy, my child said it tasted funny, I took bite and it tasted like day old mac that was reheated and the ckn nuggets looked and tasted like they re cooked ones that had been sitting in holing vent nuggets was so dry. I've never had that problem at Woodbridge one. If I wouldn't eat eat I didn't expect my child to . I trashed it

  I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A — this location really lives up to the brand’s reputation. From the moment I walked in, everything was smooth and well-organized. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, making the whole process quick and easy. You can tell they’re well-trained and actually care about customer experience. The food came out fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. Quality was consistent across the board — crispy chicken, perfectly seasoned fries, and everything prepared with attention to detail. It’s one of those places where you know exactly what you’re getting, and they deliver every time. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, which makes a big difference whether you’re dining in or grabbing something to go. Overall, this is exactly what fast food should be — fast, reliable, and high quality with excellent service. Definitely one of the better Chick-fil-A locations, and I’ll be coming back regularly.
