The cashier had an attitude and rushing me to pay and I kept asking can you scan my reward. She keeps sighing and saying “i already scanned it “ but i’m still seeing it on my app. Another male coworker chimes in saying she scanned it and insisting I pay. They made me pay full price when I literally had a half off reward in my app. She gives me my receipt and walks off. So I ask for manager instead bc like I stated!!!! YOU DIDNT SCAN MY REWARD! Then the manager says well oh you paid for it so i can’t do anything

Great Cava location. Always fast and friendly service with consistent food quality. I come here several times a month and never have a bad bowl. The staff is welcoming and they keep the seating area reasonably clean. Recommend this spot for a quick nutritious meal.

I visit this location frequently for lunch and I love the customer service and the quickness the staff are so friendly and polite , they are always doing a fantastic job !!!
