- NCNatasha CrossFeb 12, 20201.0The Ice cream is great. The customer service from employees are horrible. I don't understand why these people work at this establishment if they are rude to the customers. I also don't understand why management doesn't hire better more respectful employees. I have been to this location a few times being that I live in the area and every time I went to this location the customer service is SO disappointing no matter which employee was there. Also, the employees are rude if you ask them anything about the Icecream and other desserts sold. I recently decided to go to another Baskin-Robbins in Alexandria and the customer service was amazing every time I went. This particular location is close to T.C. Williams High School, in case anyone wants to try it out and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I think the Baskin Robbins in Potomac yards can learn something from this location near T.C. Williams High School.

So I began to ask the guy working (kinda big bone black hair) what was what and he got clearly annoyed. I asked what time they opened and he said 4am. Don’t get upset with the customer if your guys aren’t doing your job. Don’t roll your eyes and take deep breaths as if your bothered by a customer. worst experience ever. I’d give a zero star if I could.

Are you ice cream, donuts, sandwiches, coffee? Decide please— and do one right. Instead you are trying to be everything and not really doing anything well. It shouldn’t take fifteen minutes to order and get a coffee because eight people are trying to make sandwiches and ice cream cones.

Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
