The staff are condescending, rude, and flat out lacking proper customer service observant common sense skills. Our coffees were old and scorched. We literally took one horrible taste and tossed it. Money and time wasted. Their will never be another stop at this location. Even the donuts were awful. We drive our gas out rather than have nasty coffees and donuts. Might want think about a refreshers course all together in customer service, making simple coffees, and donuts. We will spread the word. Even if we are just getting gasoline. Trust me. Nasty facility.
