While I was waiting a staff member came in (they said 1.5 hours late) wearing house slippers with no socks. I'm glad she was late and it couldn't affect my food.

There was a stack of cars in the drive through and apparently people picking up orders they made on an app. There were only 4 people working and orders were slow. Our food was good and hot but other people were bringing theirs back saying the Mac n cheese was cold inside or the burgers didn't have the condiments they asked for. In Arbys apparently you put your own condiments on and fill your own drink cups. So how does that work in the drive through.
