Went through the drive thru as I had just gotten into town. The food was great and the service was quick and polite. They had us in and out in no time.

This Arby's had the normal food. There was 1 person in front of me and it took over 15 minutes to get a beef & Cheddar, 3 potato cakes, and a small milkshake. While I was waiting a staff member came in (they said 1.5 hours late) wearing house slippers with no socks. I'm glad she was late and it couldn't affect my food.

Food was fair ...not the freshest
I got very sick after I ate it, but I think it was from me, not from the food. Tasted ok. I've had lots better. The people where very nice. I'd go back again.

We parked and ordered inside. I waited five minutes or so behind another person before someone came to take orders. There was a stack of cars in the drive through and apparently people picking up orders they made on an app. There were only 4 people working and orders were slow. Our food was good and hot but other people were bringing theirs back saying the Mac n cheese was cold inside or the burgers didn't have the condiments they asked for. In Arbys apparently you put your own condiments on and fill your own drink cups. So how does that work in the drive through.
