  Ordered on the app to get a double beef and cheddar and a bacon Swiss chicken sandwich came through the drive thru. When we pulled out we open the beef and cheddar no cheese with horsey sauce and tomatoes. We go back in for a full 5 min I was ignored by three separate employees and two men waiting on their food had to explain what they ordered to even get their food. Then when I get the remake I go back out to the car still upset I find that again I had no cheese. Go to the Glade store it hands down is better and the employees are friendlier.

  Beware of bad service, and sloppy food at most Abingdon Fast Food. I was at Arbys drive thru last week, and it took 20 min to get my food. There were only two employees total during lunch hour. I asked," did everyone forget to set their alarm?" and was told a Supervisor over the store manager only scheduled two for lunch. What's worse is the employee told me the store manager chose to do a supply run. Imagine that during the busiest, most profitable hour! What pitiful, poor judgment and lack of planning that a manager didnt do this prior to opening or before lunch! The taxes along this I-81 cooridor and in Abingdon restaurants is outrageous. There's a 12.22 % tax and then restaurants add an extra food tax on top of that amount. For the life of me I cant understand why the owners of these establishments dont pushback against the greed of the town councils that institute this rape of the consumer that ultimately hurts their business. I ordered a Jamocha shake and it was runny, not shake consistency and did not have any Mocha flavor, more vanilla. I asked for chocolate and guy got mad and brought another runny shake with tons of chocolate syrup so it was ruined. Additionally, cultural laziness in this area equals slow service and employees who just stand around. When not busy at drive thru or with front customers, emoloyees could be sweeping entryway, floors, cleaning windows. This is a tourist town but service, and establishment cleanliness arent in sync. This is an old restaurant, worn out, but at least cleanliness should be emphasized. At this location dont pay with cash because they either dont understand how to round or you get cheated.

  My brother and I ate at this Arby's on 2-11-2026 for dinner. I got sick with stomach issues within 1 hour after eating a classic roast beef sandwich and small fries. My brother got sick with stomach issues a few hours later. He had the double roast beef sandwich. So we can say that it had to be the sandwiches that made us both sick. Everyone needs to not eat the food from this location. I have eaten at several Arby's and haven't gotten sick. So I know there is an issue at this location. Stay away from this location.

  Went through the drive thru as I had just gotten into town. The food was great and the service was quick and polite. They had us in and out in no time.
