- KCKatherine Comerford2 days ago4.0I have had a few not-so-great experiences here, but for the most part it usually doesn't disappoint. I ordered a chicken strip basket recently and it was lukewarm and the fries seemed like they had been sitting for a long time (room temperature and stale), however I got two large Blizzards and they were filled past the brim, which I really appreciated! I am unsure if one of the workers is a manager (he usually has a different colored shirt than other staff), but he's always so pleasant to see in the drive-thru and seems to go above and beyond. He even gave my dog a free pup cup one time - super sweet and made our day!
