  After waiting over an hour for our food, I asked for a refund. Manager scrambled to get our food and half of it was wrong and/or cold

  I usually go to this Mcdonalds and everythings fine, foods fine! minus a few missing sauces, but I went to the drive through with my mother to make our orders and this seemingly young sounding lady made fun of my moms voice?? and was laughing the whole time?? :( and my mom asked what was so funny because it was just so disrespectful. I told my mom we should just leave because she was just laughing the whole time like “what sauce!!” ignoring my mom’s questions.. my mom is learning english so she was devastated that someone made fun of her and it was just so horrible after a bad day. And i’m never one to ever leave reviews on places. Whenever I have missing foods from orders, or if I get upcharged stuff I didn’t buy/get I just let it happen but this was so insane I literally cried. We asked for her name and she said her name was “Jackie” We called in, got nothing. But it was just so disheartening and embarrassing to hear that.

  This has been the worst McDonalds to work with my dietary restrictions. I am vegetarian and I like to have a sandwich too. 😭 I get mine with no meat. I understand when people ask me again to clarify because I know it is weird. This is the only McDonalds I have heard giggling and then instead of getting the correct order, they gave me extra meat where it shows it was entered correctly in the system. Morally, I can't take it off and eat it. On a medical stand point, it could hurt my body if I did eat it, I haven't ate meat in a long time where my stomach would struggle to digest it. That interaction has made me not want to go to this location and waste my money.

  Absolutely horrible place, ordered at the kiosk and tried to pay at the counter. Called employees multiple times and no response. When they came towards the counter they ignored me. Waited 30 minutes at the counter for an employee to come so I could pay and not a single one came. Ended up having to leave with out my food due to horrible service. If there was a zero star review I would review this horrendous place.
