- SPSal PDec 27, 20251.0As I was going through the drive-through, the lady said something over the intercom. I couldn’t hear her so I said I can’t hear you. She then started yelling with an attitude. Then placed my order and she said we don’t do that order anymore. Then I asked for a manager and this lady came on intercom said the same thing which I knew they were lying cause I just ordered that same plate two days prior then when I went to the drive-through window, I asked for the manager and this guy said I am the manager. I said where’s the lady that I was talking to it that was a manager and he said there’s no lady manager here. Terrible customer service lies and misleading.
