  i love love love this place. I come everyday and have not been disappointed once. They are sooo fast paced and i love when they give me recommendations for other drinks. Danika is one of my favs, she is always welcoming and never forgets me. 10/10 dutch bros has some serious competition

  wonderful quinn is amazing and he is great with his customer service. i’ve never had a better customer service person, quinn is extremely nice and down to earth. he made it feel like i was less of a customer and more of a friend. drinks are also good but that’s not the important part. quinn is the important part.

  Ordered a latte with syrup and had to repeat myself multiple times. Was handed straight milk. When they “fixed” it, they dumped it out, added espresso, and didn’t replace the syrup I paid for. I also asked for 4 shots — it tasted like one. A basic latte shouldn’t be this complicated. Extremely disappointing.

  I usually give a place two tries before leaving a low review, and unfortunately 7Brew just didn’t deliver either time. The first visit, my drink didn’t taste right at all. It was supposed to be Peaches n Creme, but it tasted like there was coffee mixed into it, which threw the whole flavor off. On the second visit, both drinks were missing something. The Cookies n Creme shake tasted more like cupcake, and after checking the menu again, it actually does include cupcake—so it feels like the franchise is playing around with names in a way that’s confusing. The Orange Sherbet didn’t have any orange flavor/taste whatsoever. I’m giving the business the benefit of the doubt and assuming the employees might be working too fast and missing ingredients, but overall the drinks just weren’t consistent or accurate. Likely won’t be visiting this location again.

  I went for the first time with my sister yesterday. We got there at 11:15am and they had two lines, both wrapped around the building. We decided to wait as the lines both seemed to be moving ok. We got in the second line. Then proceeded to watch as not only the cars in the left lane were moving through at about a 15 minute wait pace, but they continued to favor the left lane and took the orders of another 13 cars who came after us and around 5 cars behind us in the right lane. And those thirteen didn't include the cars who were already wrapped around the building. We were floored and contused and wondered if we had somehow gotten in an online order only lane. By the time we finally got our drinks and drove away the time was 12:05. Absolutely crazy wait compared to everyone who was lucky enough to choose the left lane. On top of that. I had wanted to try the viral sugar free cookie butter salty latte. It had no syrup in it. Tasted like a plain latte. I took it home and had another sister who had gotten the same drink days earlier try it just to be sure I wasn't crazy. She confirmed the drink was wrong. Tasted like they forgot to put anything in it besides milk. I really wanted to like this place. But I would give 0 stars if I could.
