  Honestly, the portions are embarrassing compared to every other taco bell in a 5 mile radius. I only went here because it closes later than the one near me. Go somewhere else if you want slightly better portions on already overpriced food.

  My sisters came to take me to a Birthday Lunch. Mistakingly we chose the west valley Taco Bell and it was a Horrific experience. There was literally NO customer service AT ALL!!! I had to ask for a rag to clean a table to sit down and eat!!! It was disgusting! The staff was rude and it was FULL of high school kids! Worst experience ever! And let's be honest.... it's not like they are cheap!!!! It was horrible! If I could give minus scores I would have given a negative 10!! 🥺 absolutely sucked!!!

  The food has declined recently. For example, the sausage breakfast burrito has an entire sausage patty just thrown in when it used to be chopped, which was a superior flavor. There are other examples for food as well. These chicken pieces are rock hard and dry as chicken gets, like they've been kept warm for hours instead of cooked. Even the packaging used is noticibly worse and more cumbersome. The service the last week has been mediocre, at its most generous. They do not care at all anymore. It's unclear whether this will persist but it is unwelcome and I doubt I will stay a regular. What a shame.

  Hope you’re proud of your employees using slurs every other word! An employee on break sitting in the lobby was on the phone with a friend. Multiple times during ordering my food he was using the n word. This is absolutely inappropriate. You really should care more about your employee’s behaviors especially in their work place.
