  Dear breakfast manager, you didn't have to be so rude today when I asked for the hashdown you forgot about. You told me it was in the bag, but I emptied everything and it wasn't in there. A picture will be provided below. You can't let your employees lie to you just because they don't want to admit that they didn't check correctly. Please do better and if you're going to be on the phone. Get off the floor.

  Fue rapido, y todo venia en orden, lo unico malo fue que habian mucho estudiantes hacienso ruido y alboratando el lugar, hasta un empleado los tuvo que sacar por que no estaban comiendo ni orndenado nada, solo hacer ruido molesto pero fuera de eso, el servcio fue bueno y la comida también

  Probably the worst experience I’ve had in a drive thru of all places for fast food. I don’t come here to receive attitude by the short haired brunette girl just because I forgot to tell her my drink, also don’t come here to have my lid full of my drink with the lid not on all the way and leaking from the sides and spilling on my hand when it was handed to me. Yikes can’t believe this behavior is acceptable. Also fries were tasted raw they were so cold as if they were in the fridge and soggy
