  They constantly run out of doughnuts. The West Valley location is much better in every way.

  I went on Valentines day for the holiday collection and the cashier was extremely rude. I went around 9 am and almost all of the Valentines day doughnuts were sold out and she was pissed I even asked for them. Her attitude was horrible. She was a Hispanic girl around 25-30 years old. I didn't get her name but it was the worst service I ever experienced here.

  The woman that works there in the morning today 4/9/2026 she was rude and too lazy to take orders so she told me that they dont have it smh

  You can stop at any point in the day, in the lobby and see donuts in the case, but get told they don't have what you want, ALWAYS(talking about assorted DOTS) ..... the creme donuts yes, just like all the reviews are not filled enough. The employees never ask for reward numbers at drive-thru, and sometimes seem annoyed(even when there is no other customers). there
