  Came to Taco Bell (Store#033165)for lunch and I was very disappointed with my visit, ordered a chicken chalupa combo with a soft taco supreme and a cheese double beef burrito, first not one greet me a young guy came at front and just looked at me no word nothing! I greet him and he still say nothing. When i got my food it was terrible the soft taco supreme was cold the tortilla was crunchy and cold how in the wold the person making food will used tortillas that should be thrown away. One chalupa was super hard like is been there for long time and cold and the other was super soft like it was under cooked i know how a fresh chalupa looks and taste this one was taken out of the fryer way before the cocking time. Ot felt like a gordita soft not a chalupa.I order Extra-Extra sour cream on my burrito , the burrito has NONE of sour cream and the tortilla again old and cold . The only thing i was happy was my drink because they didn't make it, i will never go back to this location terrible service and food.

  I don't write enough 5 star reviews on fast food places because it's really easy to get it wrong when food is fast and when the type of work is built for less than professional folk. But I need to give credit where credit is due. This location is closest to my home and I'm absolutely addicted to Taco Bell and have been for years so I go to this spot very frequently so my review comes with a lot of experience. They are fast, accurate, and nice here! Yes they've made a mistake once in a while, but that's only been once in a while. This past weekend I went and due to a language barrier, I was not properly understood about which of my app rewards I was trying use. Instead of choosing to argue with me or tell me tough luck, they tried to remediate the problem. In the end they apologized, refunded me, got the order correct and said if I don't see the money back to my card in a few days then I could come back and get more help. It was a very positive experience when it could have been the opposite. I really appreciate the consistency and tastiness of the food I have here Thanks for doing a good job, you guys.
