  The food was absolutely horrible The crust was undesirable the breadsticks were very dry and bland The cinnamon sticks were very oily and greasy are food was very cold it was just horrible a horrible horrible experience none of us ate we should really get our money back or something we got the triple treat and the whole thing was a disaster

  Man the meat tasted so funky like mystery meat almost raw in flavor and it seems like they trier to mask it with seasoning the meat was so disappointing and disgusting

  I want my money back!!! This pizza sucks aaaasssss!!!! 7/11 pizza taste better. Tast like frozen dough!! I regret ever buying pizza hut..

  The past two times I've ordered from this Pizza Hut I have ordered the backyard barbecue chicken pizza which is typically my favorite it's great, I wish they still had the Parmesan crust for it but the stuffed crust is also great with it. But the last two times I've ordered it it has been entirely inedible as the bottom of the pizza for whatever reason was just very very hard and could not be eating hardly both times ended up throwing most of the pizza into the garbage, and that's terrible because both times I ordered the pizza and then like breadsticks or whatever and I mean we're talking almost $50 each time I ordered there just throwing down the garbage. So the price for the food was pretty steep to begin with and then to not even be able to eat it except for the breadsticks is pretty bad, and then on top of that both times I've tried to call the store and nobody ever answers their in store phone. And I always initially upon calling first to get routed to the call center and explain to them and try to tell them to not transfer me to the store because they're not answering the phone and I've tried like 20 times both times and the call representative acknowledges and says okay but then they just do the same thing and transfer me to the store and so I can't even call and talk to any managers about my dissatisfaction at all nobody answers the phone. So once again it's just 50 bucks each time just throwing down the garbage. I really feel like both times should be credited.
