Today, I had a hard time getting logged into their app. Fact is, I finally had to fire up a laptop so I could get credentials to access their app. Definitely, NOT A USER FRIENDLY process. Pizza was ready on time. However, they were overcooked and hard for me and my wife to enjoy. Edges of the pizza were hard and appeared to be burnt. Next, too much emphasis on tipping. Not only did it populate an automatic amount on the app (I really hate it when the tip is auto generated), I was again asked to tip when I picked up my order. WHAT?? Why would I tip for something I hadn't yet eaten? Who am I tipping? Hmmm. I'm the same parking lot is Little Caesars. I've had a much better experience with them.
