    Since McDonals SSI ch to have self service Kiosk and eliminate front counter register to one register service went down . Crew can pass by on you and no body cares if you stand for some one to help you ( to get napkins, or package of ketchup or refill . ) no including thy hide the pop machine on the back and if you seat on your table and decide get re fill you get lucky if you get service right away cause the crew members busy on drive thru window other fill up the order and put it on back for drive true. Management meet to evaluate this new mode cause instead improve customer service experience they basically let that point of the equation . If I don’t have to stop here I won’t stop bad experience .

    A busy lunch times leaves the tables dirty, floor sticky and lack of service when eating in (no tray, no Eye contact). I'm not expecting much, but these seem to be manageable. .

    Ordered a 10 piece meal n a kids meal. 10 piece missing its fries and straws. Without a vehicle. Orders fries, another happy meal, cookies, n milk. Food finally arrives, kid is happy. Missing the cookies. Actually insanity. Every doordash order from this location I've recieved is missing at least one item. Unexcusable. Do better. It's been happening for three years.

    The cashier's and order takers are absolutely disgusting. The disrespect. The attitude. I live 1 minute away but will now drive 15 minutes just for better service. I will highly recommend everyone to stay away from this terrible location. I rate you a 0 zero, zero , zero
