  Third time ive done mobile app order for my work meeting 20 minutes in advance to make sure there's enough time and each time they say "I don't see your order, oh there it is." Then I end up waiting for 20 minutes for my order while all the cars behind me get their food. Please fix this issue. Always nice staff though.

  I wish there was an option to not put any stars at all. The service was terrible and the guy on the back window was high im pretty sure. He couldn't count the change and told the front window that we used a card? Mcdonalds needs to hire individuals who can actually do their jobs and know basic addition and subtraction.🤣

  I can hear with my sisters and our children. We ahead placed a big order and kept our receipt. We had told the workers that we were missing 4 hamburgers and instead of understanding she started arguing. She got defensive and said we weee just trying to get free food. I do not know where she was raised but just because someone says they are missing food does not mean we are just looking for free food. Then her coworker said we don’t have any more food to give you. We paid for the food all we expected was to receive it. Not to have an employee get combative with us. When I asked for a manager she said she is the manager. When I asked for someone else to speak to she ignored us. Please view the surveillance as instead of assisting us we were being treated as if we were thefts.

  Since McDonals SSI ch to have self service Kiosk and eliminate front counter register to one register service went down . Crew can pass by on you and no body cares if you stand for some one to help you ( to get napkins, or package of ketchup or refill . ) no including thy hide the pop machine on the back and if you seat on your table and decide get re fill you get lucky if you get service right away cause the crew members busy on drive thru window other fill up the order and put it on back for drive true. Management meet to evaluate this new mode cause instead improve customer service experience they basically let that point of the equation . If I don’t have to stop here I won’t stop bad experience .
