I love their glazed and lemon donuts, as well as bavarian cream. My kids like the maple and chocolate. Those are the best flavors, so I hope they will bring back the lemon and maple, they have seriously limited our choices lately! Maybe that is a good thing! I wish they would make more pudding filled donuts and less kreme filled. Their kreme is gross, but they use that for the base of most of their seasonal donuts.

I've been to this place a handful of times in the past; the service was always subpar, but today their service was even lower and rude, surpassing my patience to leave this review. My family walked in, and one of their employees, Karina, walked to the counter without greeting us; she just stood there. I finally told her I wanted two custard chocolates, and she asked, "Just the two?" I said no, I wanted twelve donuts, and she said, " A dozen?" and I said "yes". She proceeded to the side where the box was, walked back, and just stood still. I was waiting for her to grab the two custard donuts so I could proceed. This whole time, she was looking at us like we were a bunch of dummies, so I asked, "Are you going to get my two custard donuts?" She finally grabbed the two, and I said , "I was waiting for you to do that." She responded with an attitude , saying, "I didn't realize you were talking to me." This whole experience was strange; my family felt like we were out of place. The customer and seller weren't in sync at all. She still gave us a bad attitude even when I said "thank you" when she handed me the receipt; she remained silent, looking at us as if we didn 't belong there. Karina, please do better!!!
This embarrassed me a lot since I've been boasting to my family visiting from California that Utahn are very friendly.

I've always said screw local businesses. Cross E Ranch wanted us to pay $20 to get in the door to even so much as smell their donuts, so we redirected 20 mins south west to a company that truly values its customers. Greeted in from the rain with a smile and a gorgeous selection of seasonal donuts, Krispy Kreme I could never quit you.

Kristy Kreme in west valley sucks. Well , their stuff do. They were rude, and didn’t even welcome us. My 3 kids were excited about the Halloween decorated donuts and the employees there took their smile away. It was our first time coming there. Never again will we step on that store. Sad/bad experience!
