  I’m not mad but I am disappointed. The employees tonight had the opportunity to deliver above and beyond customer service and had the opportunity not only for a different review but a generous 150% tip on top of that. Facing a three hour drive home after a late night and a long day my fiancé and I were wanting some caffeine and we wanted something from our favorite place to get a drink. A company that we will drive hours for on the weekend just to get. So we arrive at this location at 10:51 with a line of multiple cars. We were the last car in line. We had no worries. We discussed on the way over about the generous tip we would leave because we both know how annoying it is when people come in close to or at closing time. Having both worked in fast food and retail we have plenty of those stories. After arriving (again at 10:51) we waited the 10 minutes until in the line of about five cars we got to the window at 11:01. Imagine our disappointment when the girl at the window told us that they “closed ABOUT a minute ago”. Looking in the window I noticed that they had not started any cleaning and appeared to be making their own drinks. The reason for my disappointment is less about the closure we understood the risks but it was the attitude of the employee. I understand that there are places that it isn’t even possible to serve someone after closing. I’m really disappointed in the fact there was no respect for the customer. There are significantly better ways to talk to a customer… I mean another human being. We travel a lot and have been to locations from Heber to Taylorsville and Orem to Ogden. Never have I had an interaction like that even the times we have been in line until after closing. Sadly we will no longer journey to this location.

  I am very disappointed with this location. Tonight, my fiance and I arrived at 10:51 pm, fully aware that they closed at 11. We are never these kinds of people but we had over a 3 hour drive home and needed some caffeine. We hurried as fast as we could to make it there and made it at 10:51 to find a line of about 5 other cars in front of us. When we finally got up to the window at 11:01 (after being in line for 10 minutes before closing) the lady at the window was very rude and said that she would not take our order because they closed “about a minute ago.” We were the last car in the line and she had taken every other car’s orders up until us and the one car in front of us. Now, I am fully aware that it is very inconvenient when people come near closing time. My fiance and I have both worked retail and we understand. This employee had the opportunity tonight to receive a very large tip (well over what the total for our order would have been) as appreciation for taking care of us so late, but is now getting this review instead. Again, it was not even the fact that she did not take our order, it was the fact that she was incredibly rude and impatient to get us out of the line. This is the third time that we have tried this location and will be the last. Every time has been beyond disappointing, and I am not the type to leave reviews, but I feel as though others deserve to have an honest review.

  I love this location. Super friendly staff and half of them have memorized my drink and its really nice to just pull up and not have to order 😂. Good work, keep it up.

  Might be the best coffee I’ve ever had (steamed roasted nitro with a splash of cream). Was helped by Emmy - who made the experience so unbelievably enjoyable. My first time visiting, but not my last!
