Ever since the new staff and the new young manager, Becca, took over, the service and quality have dropped noticeably. I always order my pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce, but lately they’ve been extremely stingy with both. The pizza arrived dry, with hardly any cheese or sauce, and this wasn’t a one-time mistake. It happened twice, even when I reordered hoping they would fix it. The worst part was the manager’s response. When I politely asked about the issue, she told me “You can take it or leave it.” That kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially from someone in a management role. I’m honestly disappointed and hope the franchise owner pays attention, because this branch used to be great, and it’s sad to see it decline like this.
