- MSMiguel sapucaiaJan 2, 20261.0They lie to don’t work on 4:39 pm I ask them for one combo and she said that they don’t have french fries five minutes later after I get my order I see one other group with french fries and they are very, very rude with my with my grandma because my grandma do speak Spanish well and she was trying to speak Spanish to them to make easier for they understand and they start to laugh of my of my grandma because her Spanish is not good and they start to make fun of her that makes my grandma very sad and they took so much time to give the order when they when they go there, they are like to talk with other people with their cell phone. That was my experience.

The 2 Hispanic ladies working around 2 pm today 8/7/25 poor customer service. Food was for here wasn't given a tray and had to take everything by hand with my 3 little and stroller and made me feel rush when they didn't even have a line nor customers. Would have much rather spent money at another place. Got a bacon 3 cheese sandwich combo coming out to almost 17$ and it ended up being trash. Even my kids disliked it and we've ate at Charley's before.
