  I Placed an order at the Restaurant as a Take out for My Family . There where people coming in to "Dine in" to Eat and People working at the Take out counter where Taking customer's who had Uber orders or Placing orders over DINE in customer what is Happening . Front Facing people are first come first serve ! People who place orders on line or Uber wait . There needs to be some type of change here or I Do not see this Restraunt be successful at all . No manager out on the Floor taking action . Younger generation standing around and chatting instead of busting tables and waiting to seat people . Long story Short I waited 45 minutes for my food to come out Cold and not All worth the Price . Don't waste your money until They figure there Situation out with Customer's .

  BEYOND ANNOYING I ordered take out online ASAP order I ordered at 6:40 PM pickup time for 7:00 pm I received someone else's food around 7:30PM AND I still had yet too walk out with food I ordered barely by 8:00PM. I should have asked them to keep the fries They got correct in the heater so they weren't cold by the time i left. [ I WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT BY THE SERVERS; THAT SHOULD BE MENTIONED.] Even as "opportunistic" as I am I feel I shouldn't have had to be the one to suggest that an hour of my time wasted should be worth compensation! Something about "company/corporate policy won't allow us to give anything unless you pay for it". All I heard was "B.W.W. makes so much money we don't care about our customers".

  I have never waited so long to be sited. I was told 30 minutes and it took over an hour. Then another 30 minutes to get my food. There was many tables open but they weren’t using them im not sure why. Anyway this was a nightmare specially when I had my daughter with me and she was starving. I think they can do a better job at managing the place specially when you have kids.

  My server Rainee was really nice, attentive and knowledgeable. I had the bone in wings with thr Asian Zing that Rainee recommend..after I asked for something sweet and spicy. I enjoyed the sauce and the potato wedges. But the wings themselves are fried as heck and dry. It was ok. The service made my overall experience, a good one. Because of that, I will go back and try something else besides wings.

  My family and I went to the restaurant last night to celebrate my nieces birthday. It was a big party, so I can’t fault them too much for the wait to sit. The problem is the food was not good, it came out cold, it took over an hour from the time we ordered our food to the time it came out, and as I mentioned it came out cold. The server did not check on us during our long wait, I sort of thought they forgot about us completely. I had finished eating my food before the rest of our party even got their food and again, the food was cold. I still tipped the server, I am not a complete jerk, but I was highly disappointed with the service and especially the food. This is the only branch of Buffalo Wild Wings that I have visited so I don’t know if all the branches are like this, but they really need to work on the quality of their food and service.
