  No one pays attention to you, they don’t ask if you’ve been helped or need help. I always place mobile orders and still have to wait a lot of time to get them, the few times I’ve ordered here I have to come back and get the missing wings they always miss.

  Waited 2 hrs for our take out food and we were told 2 minutes on our food then 20 minutes on our food. More than 20 people that had arrived after us had gotten their food and left. I want a refund after we were told when we arrived that it was a 45 minute wait and I had been 2 hrs. That is unacceptable. Food was lukewarm. (Never got a refund because the manager didn’t ever come out after 20 extra minutes of us getting our food. Absolutely ridiculous and “great customer service”.)

  I placed an online order scheduled for 7:30 PM. I arrived on time and ended up waiting over an additional hour to receive it. The lobby was full of customers waiting for their orders, while many tables inside were empty, which clearly reflects poor organization and management of operations. To make matters worse, after the long wait, my order was incorrect. When placing an online order in advance, customers expect efficiency and accuracy — not excessive delays and mistakes. I understand that busy periods happen, but a delay of over an hour combined with an incorrect order is unacceptable. This experience was extremely disappointing, and unless significant improvements are made, I would seriously reconsider returning. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues promptly.

  This place litterally is winging it to stay in business. If you order take out here you’ll never get it. Joke of a restaurant. Management should be fired. No compensation offered whatsoever. No food ever even was brought out. Hours of wasted time. Go to Wingstop next door. They know how to treat customers.

  Placed a pickup order for superbowl along with several others. Talk about freaking fumbles! They dropped things so many times! Pick up time 3:30 still haven’t gotten my order and it’s 4pm. Talk about poor management of the ordering process along with the chaotic way they had everyone. They knew they would have lots of orders yet they are so disorganized. Would I ever order here again for a big event, um no.
