  This place needs to get their crap together!! And order placed in advanced should be ready when promised. They have been filtering orders well after mine was placed first and keep telling me more time. This is crap service!

  We walked in and the host clearly saw us there and we were waiting for her to let us in, and then another group of guys came in from behind us and they just barely got there and she gave them a table and we asked her why she didn’t and she said there was “no more” yall have horrible host and servers like just quit your job they barely look happy to be there and can be so unnecessarily mean we left after that

  Fuimos y la fila era de más de una hora, posteriormente tuvimos la oportunidad de probarlas pidiéndolas para recoger en tienda y el sabor es bueno aunque dicen tener el sabor mango habanero y no pican absolubtamente nada.

  Food is good usually. Pver the last little while they've prioritized to go orders over customer in the restaurant. Tonight for example we tried to go here for dinner and despite around 10 or so tables being empty it only being 3 of us we were told it was over an hour wait and when I mentioned it was lotnof empty tables for an hour wait I was told it was because the kitchen was backed up with to go orders. Most places will pause to go orders if its getting to a point they won't be able to handle them and it will be a detriment to their in house customers. Apparently not b dubs.

  I do love me some BDUBS, but I unfortunately had a terrible experience at this location 3 or 4 different times (but it’s closest to our family that lives more west so we’ve continued to go until now). Our waiter was nice but the service was pretty crappy and the food was the worst it had ever been. One person ordered extra wet wings, and his were burnt and the sauce did not cover the wing. One person ordered a new Philly cheese type sandwich and it was really dry and the cheese didn’t ever melt. I ordered wings and the food portion was correct for mine and my husbands. I ordered water and then also ordered a lemonade, and my lemonade never came ( the waiter as he was giving me my check said “oh I totally forgot to give you your lemonade!”) it took 40 minutes for us to get our food which was room temperature and/or cold. I did end up getting sick after eating but can’t say it was only this food, so that was a down side but potentially not their fault. And he never asked about refills for drinks until he gave us the check. He was a nice guy who was the waiter, but just a waste of money in my opinion.
