    I had never been to Dutch Bros before and I needed to go on a coffee run to get through my study session. I ordered off the menu and I'm so thankful that the Manager was working at that time. I didn't like the coffee I got and the Manager didn't let me leave unhappy! I can't remember her name, but she wore a black hat with lanyard pins and her vibe was chill. She was very patient with me explainging the different options and answering all my questions. Once the Manager knew more about my preferences and that I had a study session coming up, she remade my coffee herself! It tasted so much better and I was moved by the fact that she cared that I was new and needed help! I will definitely let friends and family know about this place because of the Excellent Customer Service and Excellent Coffee Skills that the Manager demonstrated! Dutch Bros has earned a new customer.

    I found myself at the WVC location twice this month! What a pleasant surprise-I had such a great experience at Dutch Bros thanks to one of your employees, Ellie. She has long dark hair-not sure if there are other Ellie's there. From the moment I pulled up, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuine. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does, and it made a big difference in my day. She went above and beyond with her kindness—great energy, a warm smile, and just an overall positive attitude that stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who makes a simple coffee run feel like such a pleasant and memorable experience. I hope management sees this because she’s doing an amazing job representing your brand. Employees like her are the reason people keep coming back. Thank you for the awesome service!

    Don’t love the energy drinks, they honestly taste like unflavored Red Bull even tho I got an energy drink with like 3 different flavors in it, but all of their coffee drinks are super yummy and the staff is very friendly

    I had a very frustrating experience at Dutch Bros on 4/7/2026 around 10:20 PM. I placed an online order ahead of time, but when I arrived, there was a long line of cars, so I went up to the window to check on my order. What I saw was concerning—there appeared to be only one employee handling both drink preparation and taking orders, and she was clearly overwhelmed trying to manage everything on her own. Another employee came out shortly after, identifiable by a necklace with a “K” on it, but instead of helping her coworker, she stood around doing very little. When she finally acknowledged me, she simply asked for my name and said my order wasn’t ready, in a rude and dismissive tone. After that, she went back to standing near the drive-thru window, drinking her own Dutch Bros beverage, which felt unprofessional and unsanitary given the situation. Meanwhile, her coworker continued running around trying to keep up with orders alone. The lack of teamwork and urgency was extremely frustrating to watch as a customer. I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes for a single drink, despite ordering ahead. Overall, the experience felt disrespectful and poorly managed. Employees should be supporting each other during busy times, not standing idle while customers wait excessive amounts of time. This location seriously needs better staff accountability and management oversight.

    We waited in line for 20 minutes. When they came outside to take orders we were skipped and the cars behind us were taken first, once we got to the window we were ignored until we said they didn’t take our order. The girl with an eyebrow piercing then got our order with an attitude the whole time, acting like it was our fault. They then proceeded to make the cars behind us drinks and left ours until the end. Not coming back!
