  Horribly designed drive-thru. The slowest service as well. Sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes just to barely make it past the ordering kiosk

  really want to highlight the employee who took my order, her name was Lyric. She was genuinely kind, and had such a positive attitude that it completely made my day better. It’s rare to come across someone who goes out of their way to make customers feel welcome, but she did exactly that. The food was great as always, but Lyric’s customer service is what really stood out and made this visit memorable. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone, especially if you get lucky enough to be helped by her!

  Hands down my favorite Chick-fil-A to visit. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is amazing, attentive and always super friendly. The food is always good and order is always complete.

  Ive gone here 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Once via doordash and the other 2 times in the drive thru. My salads have been wrong all 3 times. Its frustrating especially because they are pretty pricey.

  I'm sorry, I'm not normally a review person. But after going to THIS location of Chick Fil A, 5 times in the past two years and having something go wrong every single time...it was time to say something. We drive the extra time to go to a different location because honestly we have never been here and had a good experience. Once they asked us to pull forward and wait for our drive thru order and we waited for 15 minutes before my husband went in. They gave us a brownie for compensation...which we couldn't eat due to allergies but I appreciate the thought. The next time they completely forgot our sauce, which I mean, it's chick fil a, the sauce is essential. We got two of the limited edition sandwiches with pimento (we were SO excited) and the pimento sauce was super cold and each sandwich only had the tiniest smear of sauce. We had to open the sandwich to see if they'd even included it we thought it must have been policy but next time we got it at a different location it was warm and actually had a decent amount of sauce on it. It had at that point become a family joke of "what will they mess up this time?" But the next three visits gave us cold fries, super watered down soda, a wrong sandwich order, and the wrong type of nuggets. So yeah. We don't go to this location anymore. Genuinely I hope they do better. I'd love for this to not be the McDonald's version of Chick Fil A. But we will drive the extra time to go to a different location for now.
