  From now on I will skip this location. This is the worst customer service not to mention slowest location I have been to. The last one that was this bad was off South Jordan Parkway in South Jordan... It closed years ago. Poorly done.

  Placed an app order for in store pickup. It took 30 minutes to get the food and when we did it was cold. My 16yo son picked it up because we were sick, he didn't notice 2 items were missing until he got home, and also the 2 frostyw were half melted.

  That was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. They tried up-charging us for their natural lemonade, which we didn’t ask for or want. When I politely asked for them to do the standard lemonade, the woman at the drive thru was clearly uncomfortable about it. We ended up sitting at the window waiting for almost 10 minutes then another person pushed our bags out at me. Every item was cold and old. Every single one. We ended up throwing it all away. I get not loving your fast food job. It’s not a five star restaurant and I don’t expect perfection. But please don’t try to sneak in extra charges or sell inedible slop.

  Food is the only thing that isnt terrible, but its still not good, and the 2 stars for the food really just serves to provide perspective for how bad everything else is. The service is AWFUL. Im not being hyperbolic, p4obably the worst I have ever seen. I dont expect much from a fast food place but i would expect to not be directly and intentionally ignored by the 2 girls working there for over 20 minutes. I walked in and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and tried to get their attention but was ignored. I did not see that hidden in the corner on the other side of the restaurant is an ordering kiosk. I decided to just go over there and order. Ten minutes later another customer comes and, same song and dance. Theyre now ignoring both of us and I can see them, they know we are trying to get their attention, they both ignored us. So after over 20 minutes and not one word spoken to me by either of these two girls, I got my food. Wasn't busy either. 2 drive thru orders came and went. No idea what else they were doing. Wasn't opening time either it was 9am, its not like they didnt hace time to get the store ready because they just opened, but more on that later. When I asked the girl if she was no lo ger allowed to interact with any customers she just stared at me like I had a 3rd arm. I then explained i had been there for a long time and myself and the other gentleman had attempted multiple times to get their attention and were ignored. Her response was, "we were doing our work back there". Part of your work, is not intentionally ignoring customers at your counter. Absolutely appalling. Terrible. I have also had SEVERAL instances where they do not open on time, and as a result, doordash orders get cancelled after forever of being active and the customer having to go thriugh hoops with customer service for DOORDASH to get the refund because these people refuse to open the store even though it is supposed to be open. I know they do it on purpose because I live within sight of the place. They will intentionally keep all the lights off and lock the doors, and if you come try to get their attention at the door, they just look at you and walk away. It seems to be the same 2 girls most of the time. At this point im just conducting a social experiment to see how far this will go, but im afraid it must come to an end as theyve made it clear they do not care at all whatsoever. Its no wonder this place is always completely dead and nobody goes there. Absolutely TERRIBLE. I do not think I will ever come back 2hoch is unfortunate because it is a convenient location for me.
