  Don’t go here if you want timely service the food is decent but you can literally go to any of the other two locations not far off 6200S 5600 W (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AMAZING STAFF AND FAST SERVICE) or 7800 S 5600 west (half decent staff and faster than here service) and get your food and be home and have probably already eaten your food by the time you can wait in the drive thru line here!! If you come later in the day plan on waiting for one car to order drive to the window pay get their entire order and drive away before the next order is taken!!! ITS RIDICULOUS I timed it today I placed an online order at 9:15 pm and then sat in line at the drive thru behind LITERALLY 2 cars until finally getting to the speaker and having someone acknowledge me at the speaker at 9:46 pm for me to say I had a mobile order!!! Meanwhile 3 cars behind me left were smarter than me and finally left! I should have cancelled and went anywhere else!! I could have driven to another location and home before they even knew I had an online order!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! 9:52 pm finally got my order and the poor person in front of me was still waiting!!

  5 stars. Simply for being the only fast food place to actually thank me. I swear it’s a lost art. I drove past two other Wendy’s and many other food options simply because Emily has manners. Everything else was acceptable. The price hikes are ridiculous in my mind and I go much less often because of the outrageous prices. So when I do it means a lot to be thanked and I will pass other franchises to a place I don’t feel simply hates me for troubling them as a customer. Thank YOU Emily.

  Horrible service. They park you to avoid the timer, so their bosses can’t see how long it took them to get the food out. They’ll tell you it’ll take 5 minutes, and they’ll park you in the mobile spot for 15+ (over 20 min today). This isn’t a one off thing. I live right next to this location, and it is every single time, and since they’re cheating the metrics by getting you out of the drive through and parking you, the higher ups are non-the-wiser. Fix this. I won’t

  Couldn't even place an order because no one was at the register. Also looks like this place hasn't been cleaned in years. Floors are basically black with food everywhere. There wasnt even a table clean.
