  This was a sad Wendy's. We arrived a little after 6:00 pm and there were no cars in the drive or parking lot. I ordered on the app so we could zip in and out. When I pulled up to the speaker we waited 2-3 minutes before someone spoke on the speaker. When we pulled around to the window we waited another 2-3 minutes before anyone came to the window. We had ordered 2 biggie bags, which I assume would not take very long to assemble since the parking lot was pretty empty and again, no one in the drive through. When we received our food the fries were not very fresh and the burgers were not very hot. However the chicken nuggets were very hot and tasted fresh. I don't think I would return to this Wendy's again in the future, there are several options to find better quality food at a quicker pace.

  This is the first time I've ordered the chicken strip meal and the fries were good but the chicken strips were very dry and overcooked. Don't think I'll be getting those again.

  When I tell you my fries where so cold amd over cooked it not kidding Hot lava could be pouring down redwood rd and my fries my cold hard fries would have topped that hot lava I’ve had cold ones before but this smashes the recored and it’s almost impossible for them to not know they were serving crap
