Ordered a handful of items, for just myself. I respect yalls hours because of my own work schedule... But I still make sure to give good service and my chefs don't go cheap on preparation for their food before we close - idk what makes the TB CEO or whoever decide that's a good idea. Everything but the queso tasted like bad fish. I wrote to the company instead of leaving a review but their response was to offer me one free item. I don't even care what the free item would have been, there was MULTIPLE items I had a bite out of that I was disgusted with. I asked for a refund for everything but the queso... I was offered a single 'free item' despite that several of mine were inedible. At the end of the day I would like a FULL REFUND. Like I previously mentioned, the bag of food is still in my fridge if y'all wanna be real stingy and need direct proof. I will keep up on this, and if needed I will contact my bank to reverse payment. There's enough photo evidence and correspondence to get myself a charge back

The girl working the window was fine, but whoever made my breakfast this morning is very clearly a lazy human being so I’m making a mental note not to go spend my money on Sunday morning because I’m not gonna get good food. They’re gonna put as little effort as humanly possible into making it and it’s a waste of money. You need a new Sunday Morning front line person because whoever made my food this morning genuinely does not even deserve to have a job. You have the easiest job in the world you don’t even have to cook. You just put things together. If you don’t want to be there don’t let it affect other people. It’s a waste of money just because you’re too lazy to do your damn job.

If you doordash an order here be prepared to wait at least an extra 10 minutes pass your time. Service is slow no communication and other people walk out with their orders way before you
