  This was an average experience as you would expect. Would have given 3 happily had I been thanked for my order even one time. This is not a critique of only this location. For me I absolutely thank you for taking my order, preparing my order, etc. I think it’s the least fast food place can do to thank their customers for putting up with the price hikes, the mistakes, the wait times, and for choosing them over a multitude of competitors. Saying thank you matters and a company that can’t even do that…. Well makes me wonder if they bother to wash their hands? Maybe I’m the only one so you get 2 instead of three stars. Oh and btw thank you for reading.

  This location is great. When I drive thru, they are always very fast and I have never had an issue with the order. When I eat inside, the staff is always friendly and the food is great. The only issue I've had was with the Mini Taco Salad. They can be inconsistent with how much ingredients go into it.

  I did the drive through and ordered two items which were $2.99 each. On each item ordered when asked if I wanted extra or add-on I said no. I expected my total to be $6.50 or so and was surprised to hear over $8 as the total. Giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe something had a price change I paid it but when I got my receipt I saw there was extra meat and sour cream added on without my request or knowledge. I circled back and confronted the employees about adding things on without the customer requesting or knowing about, thinking they are sneaking the add-ons onto orders since they are pressured to up-sell everything. Because I don’t want or need to get a refund I just left and once I opened my food I question whether the extras were actually done. What a scam that employee pulled…

  Is it common for taco bell employees to mistake beans for beef? I've had it happen at multiple locations.

  I come to this Taco Bell very often because it’s fairly close to my house, however I’m not a huge complainer nor do I take time out of my day to post a review on a restaurant/fast food. Almost every single time I come to this Taco Bell my order is always messed up, well today i went to this location, asked for a grilled cheese burrito, add onions and no chipotle sauce and the lady gave me straight attitude due to my “confusing” order. Anyway I got that burrito and a Doritos loco taco-add sour cream & add onions. Not a difficult order at all, well I get home and take a bite out of my burrito and it was full of chipotle sauce, and when I say this I am not over exaggerating a single bit, I literally put my burrito upside down and watched it just pourrrr out chipotle sauce, I almost feel as if this is intentional because I asked word for word “No Chipotle sauce” as she definitely heard me, because I got attitude out of it. This isn’t cool at all, I go work my butt off all day and just want to get a quick meal before I head home and get this. Oh and not to mention my taco only had lettuce on it. I pay for my food and for extra add ons which isn’t a problem for me but when I pay for a meal and continuously get a messed up order let alone a burrito full of chipotle sauce I’m sure you can see my frustration. At this point I need to speak to a manager and if not manager I need to speak to corporate, this isn’t cool anymore.
