  I always order for my dad and have it delivered to his senior living center. This last pizza was old!!! The breadsticks were hard!! My order was about 5 days ago and he just barely told me about this today. He feels like an old pizza had been sitting there all day and when my order came through they gave it to him! He now wants to order from Papa Murphy’s so he can bake it himself.

  The only saving grace of this interaction is the pizza is made great looks fantastic on another note very much disliked the gentlemans attitude when I came in looked like only two orders (mine) and he was very upset at the fact I ordered from T-Mobile Tuesday with the deal and felt the need to express that to me I don't really care how sick of your job you are or how bad the deals suck... im there to get good service with a smile if you can't do that then whoever is above him needs to let them go... none of us want to work but we do suck it up and do your job don't bother asking me to call or anything I will not be back

  The manger mixed up our order had the person bring it back and would notvremake it, which when an ordervleaves the libe ypu haft to remake the order no matter what! She also still made me pay for my sauce, I have worked in the food indusrty for years and wolud have never let someone eat food other people may or may not have touched, because it is a health code violation, has been since the 90's, granted she still credited the account, for what she did not tell me, worst customer experience I have had and I am shocked by the way that the situation was handled, should have been totally different.

  I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for almost half a year now and every single time I order three marinara sauces why are you incapable of counting because I never get the three that I ordered. Absolutely ridiculous how much money I’ve wasted on marinara sauce just to not get it. It’s like the most simple part of the job. Just put it in the bag. Thanks so annoying.
