  Terrible & rude customer service, I waited 10 minutes inside and was never even acknowledged, as 7 cars were helped through the drive through.

  We crave for McDonald's ice creams, and we were close to this. It's very modern (or different than others), we ordered using the service screens, fast, easy, simple. We received our order in the table, cool, doesn't it? We enjoy a shake and a McFlurry, and of course some fries. It is a small place, but confortable. There were a couple of groups of a young teenagers, yelling, making jokes, very noisy... That's why I don't go frequently to McDonald's, somebody from the staff decided to stand in the service area to check those kids. I have kids too, but they never behave in this way, in fact, my daughter felt uncomfortable too

  Horrible experience ordered four combos online got to the restaurant it was ran really poorly drive through took 20 minutes got home and one combo was missing had to go back while my food got cold at home I guess I kinda expected more from this franchise will think twice when I order from here you've been warned. EDIT... second bad experience ordered through app got a text that it was ready got there waited 10 more minutes when the restaurant was empty why order though app I'm kind done owners need to hire better management on evening shift bc I won't be back until then. 3/14/2026 whoever managed that night should be demoted from management.
