Literally, 8 times. Just read what’s on the order ticket dude. 2-3 times? Yeah, I get it, mistakes happen. But EIGHT times?! If I order coffee there, is anyone going to put coffee in the cup before they serve it to me? The night shift workers at this McDonald’s need to pay attention, man. I worked at McDonald’s for 3 years, I get it, serve off the orders, but make sure the right things are in the bag.

It was my mistake for grabbing it by the lid, but what happened afterward reminded me why we don’t go to McDonald’s. I quickly ran to grab a washcloth before it spilled all over the floor. It took a couple minutes to get someone’s attention, and there was a language barrier that made communication difficult. Eventually I was handed a washcloth and told to clean it up myself. When I explained that the lid hadn’t been properly secured when the shake was handed to me, the employee pointed to the kiosk and said “order,” indicating I needed to purchase another shake. I ended up paying for a replacement. After cleaning everything up, I stepped slightly behind the counter to return the washcloth. The employee immediately told me to “get out” and motioned for me to back up. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and not the kind of customer service I would expect. I recommend Wendy’s, Culver’s, chick-fil-a and any other place!
