    This location has done the best at consistently giving a fresh order. My favorite place to go after work. I’m always super happy with it. Cam was very nice 😊 I’ll be back again

    I came here in the morning for pick up and the guy in the green shirt asked for a minute, and after he asked for my name, doubled checked my order, and was super nice and friendly! The food was piping hot and fresh, and it was packaged neatly & seasoned well! Wings were good sized too

    HORRIBLE management and TERRIBLE service. Fries were not even a large wings were a mix of old and new wings and HARDLY sauced. Last I recalled we ordered WINGS not chicken NUGGETS. Food wasn’t even hot. Kam THE GENERAL MANAGER was VERY unhelpful stating he has to contact the DISTRICT MANAGER FOR A REFUND? Or that it takes 5-10 business to process a refund?? Who offers a partial refund for terrible food that’s untouched?? Not to mention we offered to drive all the way back and Kam stated it’s not necessary because he believes it’s bad? Terrible! train your employees better instead of wasting peoples time and having an arguing match with your customers over the phone and expecting them not to be upset. Never coming back to this location again!

    My harrowing tale begins when I placed a carry out order online. To start, I selected the wrong location. That was fully my bad. However, when I showed up at the location I intended, I was told by a very nice woman to cancel the incorrect order and she would ring me up there. Sweet. I go to the confirmation email and call up the incorrect store. I am told they can’t cancel it because it’s already made. Well, that blows. But again, totally my bad. However, nowhere in the confirmation email does it say I can’t cancel an order once it’s been made. I would love if that could be clarified, especially when the time frame for my order to be done from the time I placed it was 6-11 minutes. Great service time, but that leaves a very small window for me to be able to cancel if something, such as my own foolishness, takes place. So I get my sweet baby back into the car and we drive to the location where my order awaits. Now, it’s on 90th south and it’s 6pm. The traffic is nightmare fuel, to say the least. Thankfully, the aforementioned sweet baby falls asleep in the car. A small mercy. I finally get to the correct wingstop and pick up my order. By the time I get home this whole ordeal has costed me about an hour. My angelic husband can tell that I am about to grind my teeth into dust, so he takes it upon himself to plate the food for us. Then comes my most dreaded phrase: “did you order all bone-in?” For whatever reason, I am a Boneless Wing Only type of gal. I can’t stomach eating any meat on the bone. I double and triple check my order. I did in fact order mine boneless. I’m essentially catatonic on the couch. My husband went above and beyond and ventured out to get me some food from Taco Bell. Really wish I had my wings, though. Or my thirty bucks back. Probably my thirty bucks back.
