  Waited 43 minutes to get my food for a mobile pick up since I saw the drive thru line was super long. Around 40 minutes mark I ask what’s taking so long for my food since the line was gone and every one else that had come inside to order had received their food. They ask me what my order was and start going back on their tickets just to find out they had cleared it. 0/10 never coming back to this Wendy’s again.

  After visiting this location multiple times in the past few weeks I will never return to it. After patiently waiting 23 minutes for my dine in order for 20 nuggets, 2 med fries, a frosty, and diet coke I went to the counter to ask what the hold up was. They tried to convince me that it was because they were making the nuggets fresh. While the nuggets were fresh, the fries were cold and frosty partially melted. Thankfully this was the longest wait I experienced, but it's not uncommon for them to move slower that molasses in the middle of an alaskan winter.

  This location is getting worse and worse. Every time the order is wrong. After getting handed the bags, I pull around the corner and double check. The last 4 or 5 times I have to go inside and get something that's missing or have them correct something that's wrong. We're about to stop going here all together. It's a common theme for most Wendy's now.

  This Wendy location absolutely sucks. The workers were extremely rude and wouldn’t even offer a water cup with the meal we bought. They were very selfish and honestly we’re not very greeting. They did not greet us when we came in and never smiled. Also, after we ask them a question about the menu, they proceeded to go to the other worker and kind of say stuff in a different language about us. They didn’t know that I could understand what they said.Long weights just overall really unpleasant experience. they should probably either hire a completely new staff or tear this one down because this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s.

  Definitivamente la manager en el turno sábado en la noche con todo el personal son unos malcriados y maleducado, faltosos y insultaron desde que llegue al comunicador y en ventanilla no me dieron la orden que pedi , asi deben atender a todos y dejar mal a la empresa , deben sacarlos hacen mal su trabajo y entre ellos se cubren muy mal lugar para comer y comprar todos son muy malcriados , haré eso mas público para que vean la realidad de este lugar que esta en west jordan
