Check your food before you leave. They didn't put bacon cheese or tomatoes on three of the sandwiches. Missing a fry and chocolate milk. They weren't even that busy.

The food was truly fresh and never frozen. They were fast efficient and the manager was super patient helpful and nice to me and my 80 year old grandmother. I think her name was Maritza. 10/10 would go back to this location

Food's super good, best quality, but the service not that much, there can be only one costumer and they will still take 5 to 10 minutes to just take your order, if you're in a rush you're cooked. This doesn't happen always, but it has already happened to me and my friends 5 or 6 times already, definetly not coming back

I ordered the new cold foam drink, and it was honestly undrinkable. I returned to the counter immediately and politely asked for either a replacement or a refund. The staff refused and told me that it was “not their policy” to replace or refund the item. I was very disappointed, especially since this is a new product and customer satisfaction should matter. I did not receive what I paid for, and being refused any resolution felt unfair and unprofessional.
I am requesting a refund or replacement, and I hope Wendy’s will address this issue appropriately.

I ordered online THEY TOOK FOREVER I've been outside for over 20 minutes come onnnnn I came inside it was ready just no one put it up front im irritated and hungry and late for my hair appointment my food was cold there was no ketchup and they got my order wrong bearly one no one spoke English
