- JRJennifer RupertNov 16, 20251.0I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru tonight. When you wait that long, you expect your food to be hot. Our fries and burgers were ice cold. We got two biggie bags a Baconator and a Dave single. The staff tonight was definitely not all with it, They were very unprofessional. I use to work for a Wendy’s as a teen and everything that happen tonight would have been completely unacceptable.

The lady taking my order was pretty rude and the speed of service wasn’t anything special. The food was pretty mid, my fries were stale and cardboardy and my nuggets felt like they were cooked too long. My burger was decent at least. And wasn’t a greasy mess. But overall, when compared to other Wendy’s locations, this one is at the bottom for me.

Every time going through the drive through it always takes forever and tonight I only ordered one combo meal….i don’t understand why they can’t get this brand new store up to speed. I will continue to drive to other locations even though this location is closer. Hoping this location can get it together or it will end up closing…sad.
