  Multiple times they got an order wrong. With the cost of eating here I should never have to double check an order. Everything should be spot on especially for a kids meal. Seriously.... lost a customer guys.

  I really don't make a habit of reviewing fast food spots but I felt like this one needed to happen. First off, I've got years of restaurant experience at every level. The food was great. Exactly what a wendys should be. Fried foods taste like the friers are actually getting cleaned properly, the finish on the burger tells me the griddle is well cared for too. Staff seemed great. All of the following problems I can only assume are the management and franchise owners doing. Their soda fountains taste like they have obviously not backwashed the lines and cleaned in years. That mildewy flavor hits your tongue immediately. I tried the (only working) one in the lobby and the one behind the counter before just throwing away the drink I paid for. No excuses gas stations manage to stay up on this. The ketchup vats in the lobby seem to primarily get refilled and not cleaned? No dated seal sticker on either of them questionable color variation when I pumped it oily greasy stains all over the lids. Not worth taking a chance. Lobby was some how clean and derelict looking. Every surface seemed sanitary, all the chairs were wiped down but the whole place just seemed dingy, which makes me wonder what other less common maintenance is not getting done on their equipment. Again, I can't really blame the regular staff for something like this. Every corner that I saw cut is something that needs specialized training. If they aren't getting that then they can't possibly be asked to do it. Disappointing visit, Wendy's is one of my guilty pleasure kind of stops and I'll be around here for work a lot over the next couple of years.

  Came into this wendys on 02-22-26 at 12 noon, stood at the front counter for ten minutes didnt even get acknowledged, I understand their drive through was busy but they could've AT LEAST say " we will be right with you " basic customer service , one lady walked right by us three times and didn't even glance in our direction, walked out, ridiculous.

  They messed up my order and the manager yelled at me for it!! Not good customer service.

  Unfortunately when we got there everything was out. No ketchup. No sweet and sour sauce. Every drink out of stock. Prices were a little higher than last time. Less options. Come on yall
