  I came and ordered 3 value menu items… the guy who took my order made me confirm at the window, I paid 20 and received 2 and change back. When I asked for receipt it took at least 5 minutes. Then it showed a wrong item. I mention it’s too expensive for what was in the menu. I was told that the manager put the item on the menu two days prior to when it’s available and that the staff can’t make it. Bacon double stack at 4.xx. I was charged 8.79 for a different item. The manager came to refund me, which I just wanted the correct items I ordered and the change back. He took my 2.56 back and gave me 17.44. No food. When I mentioned I wanted my food items he disappeared and I had to replace my order at the window. I changed my “new” item that the staff couldn’t make to jr bacon. I paid 11 and change at the end of it all… however EVERY item was bone cold, I only live 1.1 miles away. Even the new item I added. I truly have no idea why I tried them again. Worst Wendy’s in all 5 states I’ve lived. For anyone who reads these, just try a different location, take time to go to Jordan landing or even off of 9000. You’ll at least get warm food and a staff that doesn’t ignore your order

  This place made me wait 20+ literal minutes for our meal. Like I’ve never waited that long for fast food. I don’t remember how it tasted because I was so upset at how long it took them. Cars came in and out while I just sat there. And maybe they were trying to teach me patience but I don’t pay for patience, life gives me plenty. I just remembered they gave me some fries for the wait, and that’s the only reason I didn’t make an actual stink and for that i raise them a star. Get it together Wendy’s. Get it together.

  Nice people. Food prices are alway going up here. Please give us better deals. Also half the time my fries are old and cold. Please always give fresh fries. Thanks

  Came here to grab dinner after a very long and busy day. I noticed irritation in the employee while she was taking my order, fine whatever I can look past that as i have dealt with far worse. However what I won't tolerate is my food being shit and that's exactly what I got. My baconator only had 2 pieces of Bacon on it, they forgot 1 of my sandwiches and our fries were over cooked, cold AND OLD! Like what the hell. Both our Coke and Dr. Pepper tasted flat, and we waited in the drive thru long enough that our ice had melted in the drinks. I was looking for the receipt for our order while typing this out, and they didn't give us that either. this is my 2nd time coming here and getting a similar experience.

  Aside from parks and campgrounds, this Wendy's women's room is the most disgusting toilet I've ever had to use. The toilet bowls were stained, the floor was sticky, the stall doors were covered in smudges, and both toilets were covered in hair. While I was in the bathroom the manager brought our food to the counter, said to my husband "here's your food", carelessly tossed it onto the counter and walked away. We get home only to find that while I ordered and they charged me for a baconator, which costs $14; I instead received a normal burger which costs $11. So on top of a disgusting bathroom and disgusting attitude, I was robbed. I'm going to avoid this location in the future.
