Cold chicken, fries are a day old and not even edible. Forgot the cheese on one sandwich. Forgot a Fry altogether, We were thinking thank goodness we checked before we left. Only to get fries that have been sitting out for the entire day it seems cold soggy nasty. I don't complain it done unless it's really crap. They raise prices and quality goes straight down! How does that work? They even got rid of their good lettuce and use the choppy crappy stuff! Definitely will not be going again.

The chicken was warm ISH (so I thought it was just cooked) and that didn’t alarm me… but the lettuce was wilted and I should have thought about it at the time, And now that I think about it the entire salad was warm. Absolutely not happy about this. I took a TWO year break from Wendy’s in general due to service and quality… I’m upset because I just wanted a quick dinner before I went to bed after a long day and now I’m shitting my guts out at work. Looking at other reviews, this place should honestly be inspected by the state because WOW. 🤢 I would stay away from this location. Go to smiths in the same parking lot if you want to avoid food poisoning

I pulled in stall to wait wondering why they didn't start machine sooner. Sat there for 7 minutes went into store to see if they forgot me and was told would be 3 more minutes. Asked for money back and he walked away I thought to get money. I waited a few minutes and said loudly "I would like my money today " he finally brought it. I give this place 5 zeros and recommend that people don't go here
