- SMShantel MartinezNov 6, 20252.0Let me start off saying that I truly love Dutch Bros. It’s been my ultimate favorite coffee spots to drink. They are my go to for coffee. I recently moved more down south and this location is the closest to home and it’s on the way to work. BUT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY FAKE SCAN YOUR APP. At first my experience with everyone was great but the last 3 times they didn’t really scanned my app. They played it off as if they did. The first time I contacted customer service about it they gave me my points but tried to blame me for it. Which makes no sense. The app literally says to wait 24 hours to see if my points will show. I usually get them within an hour of my order. I don’t know how I would know if they truly scanned it or not. I ALWAYS pull out my phone for points I enjoy the stickers and earning points. So the other two times I didn’t contact anyone because customer service was so disappointing and I shouldn’t have to feel like it’s my fault that the employees fake scanned my app. I caught one of the employees a few days ago fake scanning in the morning. I had placed my order and once he told me my total I pulled out my app he acted like he scanned it and so I pulled my phone back and I asked to use the rest of my balance and then I would pay the rest with card. He asked for my app again and said he doesn’t know why it didn’t scanned. He had an attitude and looked annoyed. This is not the first time he acted this way and he never gave me my sticker since it was the day of the sticker drop. Again everyone else was great I’ve just noticed a pattern with an employees crappy customer service and fake scanning my app. I love leaving good reviews and all of my reviews are positive but after so many times of having the same experience over and over I will no longer come to this location.

It was horrible as you approach the little hut to be serviced there’s two lanes . No cars in either but there was a car dead center of the merging were left a right meet. So we chose the left lane and pulled up behind the car that was being waited on as we’re waiting a car pulled up from behind us and went to right lane . As attendant finished with car in front of us they went to car to my right , so I blew my horn to let her no we were next . She gave a hideous facial expression an came over to us anbasically refuse to service us . She said she goes zig zag . That’s how she was taught . I was also taught I don’t beg anyone to take my money

I really love the coffee but my favorite drink is a Christmas Morning Chai and I’ve been loving the seasonal Sugar Free Pumpkin Caramel Brûlée iced chai. Such a great fall time drink. Nice I could get it at 5am before work. No matter if I’m on my way to work, going on a road trip, or just enjoying a day off a drink from this location always hits the spot :)

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
