But my order is ALWAYS messed up. Cold foam is missing or the drink is completely different...and if I have any questions about it they just always say "change it in the app". Customer service and comprehension needs to change or this dunkin is going to go under really fast. Especially with all the other reviews that seem to be having the same issues as me.

This review is for the cofee the cofee actually has cofee taste and not just a bunch of flavors to cover the flavor of it. We have tried both iced and hot both equally good. The cofee are supreme compared to that star place imo

Another lady just sat next the other cash register and didn’t help me while several workers walked by leaving me waiting. They all continued to talk each other while I stood there. I had enough and walked out. Worst service i’ve ever had.
